North Lindsey College, working through its subsidiary company Kingsway Consulting Ltd, has recently been awarded a plaque to confirm its approved IRTEC assessment centre status (Independent Technician Accreditation). 

The centre has been carrying out assessments with a number of local employers to meet the growing need for technician licensing in the HGV and coach sector. 

Chief Executive of the Society of Operations Engineers, Nick Jones, came to North Lindsey College to award the IRTEC plaque to Professor Roger Bennett, Principal of the College.

It has been announced that VOSA are now issuing fixed penalties for any drivers who violate current Driver CPC legislation.
