Business Support
At the Kingsway Centre we will work in partnership with you so you can be sure you have made the right choice. Talk to the Business Support team, who will provide you with expert assistance through the stages from the vital early planning, to the event build-up, and then the event itself. They appreciate how much the venue can contribute to your event and are fully committed to working with you to maximise results.
Costs and equipment
Our costs include room hire and the use of all equipment available. We can offer Internet access, computer access, LCD Projector and screen, Interactive Whiteboard (only available in the conference suite, K101), DVD/Video and flipcharts. Most of our rooms have direct dial to the Business Support Team based at reception where the team is at hand to offer help and support.
Room Reservations
With a range of rooms accommodating up to 100 delegates, we provide a professional environment in which you can enjoy first class service from a team who specialise in working the the private, public and community sectors on a daily basis.
We offer facilities to suit all your needs: -

If you book online then we will send a confirmation email within 10 working days. This will be to advise you:
a) The rooms are available and have been booked and now payment can be made
b) The rooms specified are booked and we can offer alternative rooms
c) There are no rooms available but we can consider alternative dates.
You may cancel a room booking up to 10 days beforehand and not incurr any financial penalties. Any cancellation after that date and we reserve the right to charge the full cost of the room hire.
Access
Disabled access is available to all rooms - there is a disabled toilet facility and we have a lift to the first floor. The Kingsway Centre is easily accessible by road or rail. We are central to Scunthorpe and within easy access fo the M181 and M18 motorways. There are ample car parking facilities and over-spill capacity at North Lindsey College. Investment
